Permanent Safety from Data Acquisition to Storage

Digitising buildings is made possible by the data they provide. This data requires permanent protection and security during collection, transmission and storage.

In the development of our platform for technical building equipment and our solutions, system security and data protection are our top priorities. We protect, encrypt and secure your data using state-of-the-art technology. This begins with secure transmission and extends to persistent storage on servers in Germany.

We ensure this through the following measures, among others:

  • Targeted protection of our devices (firewalls, automated updates, certificates and individual passwords)
  • Use of encrypted data transmission by SSL / TLS
  • Encryption of data carriers
  • Separation at the system level between the meter and sensor values, and in addition personal data
  • User authentication according to current standards
  • Redundant storage of all data
  • Continuous monitoring of the data streams (intrusion detection)
