Factory Berlin is launching its new mentoring program for women in the tech industry who are ready to take their ideas to the next level.

To support the next-generation of female leaders and tech startup founders, Factory Berlin is proud to launch “Stealth Mode”. 

Our CEO Dr. Franka Birke will be participating in the program as a mentor. She wants to share her expertise and experience as a woman in the technology industry with the young female founders. Since female founders are still underrepresented in the tech scene and especially in the IoT sector, it is important to her to provide competent start-up assistance to the participants.

A three-month mentorship program focused on supporting aspiring female founders, it will connect people at the inception phase of their business or product with leaders from across tech and business to guide them from idea to MVP.
