One of the core principles of METR is our customer-centric approach. When solving problems around technology, the starting point for our work is the user: technicians, engineers, their customers. Following this approach, on August 1st we did a co-creation workshop with technicians from degewo. Our goal was to understand better the technical challenges they face, as well as the stakeholders involved in the processes. Together we analysed the most important challenges of their daily work at degewo and designed together possible solutions. In the next phase, the degewo netzWerk GmbH and METR will choose those challenges with the most potential for impact and will keep developing these solutions.
